About

ULG Research Center is an independent research initiative dedicated to theoretical inquiry into governance ontology and the structural conditions under which organizations exist.

The center was established to address a recurring limitation in contemporary organizational discourse: the tendency to treat governance as an operational, regulatory, or managerial concern rather than a question of existence. Its research focuses on identifying the conditions that precede execution, management, and performance.

ULG Research Center is not affiliated with any academic institution, commercial entity, or regulatory body. This independence is intentional and enables research to proceed without disciplinary, institutional, or applied constraints.

The center functions as a long-term research platform. Its outputs are designed to remain stable over time and to support future scholarly discussion, reinterpretation, and critical engagement.
